(This covers fuel, vehicle wear-and-tear, and my round-trip travel time so we can shoot anywhere in the state).

(Because I frequently split my time between AZ and CA, I keep this as a simple flat rate. This completely covers my round-trip flight, a one-night hotel stay, and local transportation. No surprise receipts or hidden expenses—just one clean invoice!)
