Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for any reason, including buyer's remorse.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
The item is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition
The item is in its original packaging, unaltered and unopened where applicable
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
The following are not eligible for return under any circumstance:
Custom or personalized orders (e.g., items with custom text, cropping, or framing specifications unique to your order)
Digital downloads, once delivered
Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at justin@bleeznphotography.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return label where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the eligibility conditions above, your refund will be processed within 5 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
